I really enjoyed working with Taylor. She was easily accessible and was always prompt and thorough in her feedback. What most impressed me was her patience. She would let my macros work their magic for quite a bit before she'd pull the trigger on decreasing my caloric intake. I have seen so many people panic and freak out when they don't lose weight immediately and the knee-jerk reaction is to always decrease calories. When dieting, the objective is to always eat as much as possible while still losing weight. I felt well-fed throughout my time with WAG. I felt like Taylor truly understood my training volume, as my protein macros were kept above bodyweight all throughout my cut. The high protein enabled me to preserve lean mass and to recover fully I between workouts. I never felt tired or like I lacked energy even though I was cutting. Additionally, Taylor was even nice enough to provide me with macros when I competed in a local CrossFit comp towards the end of my cut, which was great! I normally carb-load the day before a comp and keep carbs pretty high on comp day, and Taylor devised a plan to get me through my comp without detailing my cut. Overall, I had a very positive experience with WAG and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a better handle on their nutrition and to optimize their athletic performance.
