Get lighter and faster. I needed help losing that last 10-15 pounds
WAG was a gift from my wife. She knew I wanted to fix my diet and that I bounced around without real direction and she knew I would respond to being held accountable with proper guidance. The time I spent working out was not providing the benefits I expected and I had failed in regard to diet and dietary discipline. Some diets had short term success but I eventually had to have a cheat day or weekend or week. We started but increasing my food intake, which was welcome. It took a few weeks for my body to adjust and for any noticeable changes. Under Kelsie's direction I ate more food more consistently. No need for a cheat day because I always felt satiated. Not that I didn't partake in certain excesses but I understood that I didn't have to and should not starve myself the next day to make up for it. My relationship with food and diet is much healthier and less stressful.
