My goal when I joined WAG was to finally have a good relationship with food and learn all about flexible dieting. I wanted a lifestyle change, not a diet. I wanted to gain confidence in and love my body as well as fuel it with what it needed. Ultimately, I wanted to share my experience and knowledge with others by leading by example. I've lost 10-13 pounds!
The WAG program is AMAZING! Within the few months that I've been a part of this team, I have grown so much. I have and continue to gain lots of knowledge on flexible dieting and the science behind meeting my macros. I have learned that consistency really is key. I have learned so much about food in general! Some of the coolest things that this program has exposed me to are mindfulness, awareness, and confidence in myself.
