I really wanted to dial into my nutrition to lose fat and gain more muscle. I also wanted to fit into a size 6 pants! I've lost about 17-18 pounds since starting WAG.
I am beyond thankful to have my coach and their guidance has led me to major health and nutrition changes in my life. I've learned so much about macronutrients and overall lifestyle changes. I've learned that moderation is key to being healthy and making better choices. Especially since I live in South Lousiana where drinking and eating is our lifestyle lol. I've fully dedicated myself these past 7 months to stick with WAG and my progress still amazes me.
I never thought I would be able to lose weight and meet all of my fitness goals. The WAG community on their Facebook page is incredibly helpful too!!
