Lose body fat and gain muscle. I wanted to improve my performance in the gym and see what my body was capable of. I often would do level 2 at the box and wanted to set a goal to do Rx workouts more consistently.
I started out weighing 134 lbs and today weigh 120 lbs.
For the past couple of years, I have been really good about keeping track of my macros, ones I would come up with on my own, with no direction. This would last for about 5 weeks, then I'd stop. I found it hard to keep the consistency going for me. I just stumbled upon the WAG program and knew right away this was for me. I started working with Hillary Rizor and each week was so excited to learn from her. She taught me to stay positive and focus on the things that were improving and going right. She taught me that consistency and hard work pays. I don't feel like I'm finished with my fitness journey yet, but I know what needs to get done to show continual progress. I feel so good and have improved in the box with new PR's. I feel like my recovery is better than ever. I love the WAG program and love to tell everyone about it.
