TestimonialI honestly couldn't say enough good things about the program! I counted macros for a month for a challenge at our gym and my numbers were different and I saw no changes. I was very disappointed. I have 2 friends who have had major success with WAG so I got on the waiting list. After a few months, I got the email that a spot had opened up. I had just lost my job so it was a tough time to start financially but my husband and I decided we would make it work for me to be able to do it. I have steadily lost weight and inches. I've lost 7 inches in my chest, 6.5 inches in my waist, and 6 inches in my hips! I love the fact that I can eat things that are normally off limits in a regular "diet" program. I have learned how to substitute lower fat versions of things to still be able to enjoy some of my favorite foods. I started the program right before Halloween and when I saw the fat in a mini Reese's cup, I realized how much fat I had actually been consuming on a daily basis. I chose to have one to satisfy my sweet tooth and didn't have any more of the kids' Halloween candy after that. I made it through Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the deaths of a family member and a friend without using food to grieve. I used my goals to keep myself on track. We traveled to Tennessee for one of the funerals and I took a 65 quart cooler full of food I had prepped. I had one day there I chose to not track everything but got right back on track the following day. All this to say, if you're on the edge and just can't decide if you want to try this program...JUST DO IT! You will not regret it. I've already gotten 3 other friends to join and the group of people it brings you into contact with will encourage you and help you on your journey! I am so thankful I chose to make this a part of my daily life! Eventually my husband will join me on this awesome team...just need to get a job! Lol.
