My goal was to lose body fat and build muscle! I have lost 25 pounds since joining WAG in April!
The WAG program gives me the flexibility to eat the things I like, and it isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. I don't eat foods off of a list, I do not cut any food group, and I can make healthy, nutritious meals that fit my macros. The weekly support that I have received from having a regular check-in has kept me accountable to my coach, and she helped me learn to plan ahead for travel or big events and not sweat it when things inevitably don't go as planned.
This program has shown me the beauty of sticking with a true lifestyle approach to nutrition without the need or desire for "cheat days" to make up for foods that I am missing. I will live this way for the rest of my life!
