Goal

My Original goal was was to loose body fat while maintaining my strength. When starting WAG I was doing Crossfit and Olympic weightlifting 5-6 days a week, and eating a diet consisting of mostly whole foods, and I wanted my body reflected that.

Testimonial

The thing I liked about WAG and flexible dieting in general, is just that, it is flexible. It allows you to continue eating the foods you are eating that make you feel good, but WAG teaches you the right balance. It also taught me the importance of meal timing around workouts so I have the most energy possible for my workout and recovery. I never imagined in the same 6 month time period of cutting 20 lbs and 23+ inches, I could PR soon many things in the gym. Some of these accomplishments in the past 3 months have been: PR Clean and Jerk, PR snatch, my first muscle up, first weighted strict dips, strict handstand pushups, and countless others. I was able to improve my strength and my gymnastic skills with the proper balance in my nutrition. Body image wise, I am way more confident and happy, and it has improved many areas of my life.
