Lost 8lbs! My interest for WAG & Adee sparked on social media. She was hitting PRs after dropping weight and that idea was foreign to me. I didn’t think it was possible to get stronger if you’re losing weight at the same time. I had to get in on the action! Being part of team WAG has been life changing. The coaching is nothing but supportive. The program works, if you do what your coach tells you (even when you think it’s crazy), the results are amazing. Counting my macros and improving my body composition has improved my performance in the gym & in competition drastically. Weighing and measuring my food as really put into perspective why it is so important to eat micronutrient dense foods & save the treats for once in a while. No matter how many mistakes I make, team WAG continuously motivates me to move past it & be better than ever before.
