I think WAG was probably one of the best things I could have done for myself. My coach has been awesome and very knowledgeable. The fact everyone is an athlete is awesome. Because, it helps with empathy. They can put themselves in there clients shoes. The tracking with pictures, scale (for weight & food), and macros is very helpful and its goal oriented. Plus, it shows your progress along the way, which I find extremely helpful, since I am a visual learner. Most importantly WAG has helped with accountability and honesty. Own your actions and move on, but learn from them. Honestly is shocks me that I have lost 18lbs, I didnt think I had that much to loose haha. My gymnastics have excelled and my lifts have gone up. And to have a better understanding of nutrition is just awesome.
