I really enjoyed the program but more importantly, enjoyed the coaching and guidance provided. The number one thing I knew I had to be was honest - with myself and my coach. There were certainly times when I wasn’t proud of what I had eaten over the week but I recorded it and reported it to her. As uncomfortable as I was doing that, she was extremely understanding and made the situation inviting. If anything, it gave me a boost to really lock in my nutrition afterward.

I have hit several PRs over the past 6 months and I’m finding myself performing more efficiently than ever at the gym. I’m looking forward to those cardio movements I used to dread. I can’t say enough about Brittany and her guidance and support, it truly helped me reach where I am today.
