I've tried everything from 30 day challenges to eating Paleo - both were great ways to learn about food quality but I never lost any significant weight and if I did it was never sustainable.

This is the first program EVER that I've been able to lose weight, keep it off and not lose my strength and energy in the gym. I feel stronger, fitter and leaner than I have in over 10 years. Honestly, I've struggled for years with my weight and I've always had a mental/emotional battle inside my head because of it.

I can truly say I'm feeling the best ever and my journey continues to go in a positive direction. I've learned so much about myself and about my body. Before I started WAG, I was almost at the point where I'd just given up on losing weight. I signed up with WAG having never weighed, measured or tracked a single piece of food before. I literally had no idea what to do and it scared the crap out of me that I was even committing to this type of program. I gave myself 3 months - just try it, I told myself. Now I'm almost 6 months in and I have no desire to quit.

I couldn't have done it without my amazing coach, Taylor Gray. She's supportive, encouraging, firm when she needs to be, but also fun and compassionate too. She pushes me because she believes in me. She backs off when she sees I'm struggling yet she urges me to get back on track and for that I'm forever grateful.
