- 360 grams of Bolthouse Premium Sweet Petites Baby Carrots
- Regular Maple Grove Farms Maple Syrup (optional)
- Brown sugar (optional)
- Butter (optional)
This recipe is an alternative to the classic Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots, which can have up to 46 grams of fat and 86 grams of carbs!
- In a large skillet bring 1 inch of water to a boil.
- Add carrots to the water and boil for 3 mins. Drain.
- In the same skillet heat the maple syrup until warm.
- Add carrots back in and cook for 2 more minutes.
