- 1 gram Hodgson Mill Gluten Free Xanthan Gum
- 2 grams Red Star Active Dry Yeats
- 1 Egg
- 4 oz. La Croix Natural Lemon Flavored Sparkling Water

- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Add egg and 4 ounces of La Croix Lemon Flavored Water to dry ingredients.
