I looked at WAG for months before finally pulling the trigger. I can honestly say I should've done it much earlier. If you have a crazy schedule and work swing shifts and think this isn't possible based on that, I can tell you it absolutely is possible and will increase your quality of life.
Like every one struggling with their weight, I have tried everything under the sun and eventually accepted the thought that I will never be able to lose weight. I joined WAG because I hit a point in my life where I felt stuck and hopeless in my own body. I’ve been working predominantly night shifts for the past 4 years and ever since, I have struggled with very inconsistent nutrition. I wanted to feel more energized for my job as a Paramedic, and to feel positive about myself when I looked in the mirror.
