When I started with WAG my goal was to lose some excess weight, I wanted to be smaller, I wanted to feel “just like everybody else”, I wanted the body transformation success I saw other people having. Over the past 7 months my why’s have changed and I have realized that I am uniquely me, that I love myself at any weight and I am more than the number on the scale. I have tried many different weight lose fad diets and programs in the past before learning about WAG. I decided to commit to WAG and I knew that if I was going to do this I would have to put 100% effort and 100% trust in myself, the program and in my coach. I can honestly say that working with WAG and coach Ashley for over 7 months has been the best decision of my life and it truly has been life changing! I have learned to embrace and love the body that I had as well as the body that I have now. I have learned techniques and acquired many tools for dealing with emotional eating as well as negative self-talk and self-doubt. Ashley listened to my questions and concerns and worked with me to establish macros that work with my body and my activity level. She made me feel heard, understood, special and capable of the success that I so desired. Being on this program, working with my coach, giving it 100% effort and consistency has given me the success I had been looking for. But most importantly this program has given me the mental clarity and emotional stability in myself that I needed. Food and negative self-talk and self-doubt no longer control my life.
