TestimonialI'm currently in the middle of my 12th week with WAG and couldn't be more happy and surprised at my progress! I say "surprised" because I've had consistent results without feeling deprived, low energy and the "wondering if this really works" obsessive type thoughts I'd experienced in the past with other eating plans/fad diets. I heard about WAG while listening to an interview Adee had done on a Girls Gone WOD Podcast a few months back. I loved her transparency, passion and vision for her company so I decided to check it out. The icing on the cake was when I found out my coach, Alexa Mina had been a competitive cheerleader for 8 years and had competed at Worlds!! (A huge deal in the cheerleader world!) My 8 -year old daughter is in her 5th season of competitive cheerleading so I knew Alexa would understand my craziness of taxiing my kid to multiple weekly practices and sitting at cheer competitions (several out of town) for hours upon end and trying to stay consistent....plus we get to geek out together talking about cheer! :) I also have a son with a crazy basketball schedule so I feel like I live out of my car at times! My daughter's last competition of the season is in Disney World this next week and I've shared with Alexa I'm having a slight panic attack. :) I loved her advice to write down the fears/obstacles I think I'll encounter and come up with solutions beforehand! Alexa's weekly accountability, nuggets of wisdom and reading the stories/tips on the WAG Facebook page have been what keeps me focused, excited and trusting the process to keep pressing forward! Oh, I've also shaved over 40 seconds from my Fran time! :) It definitely takes time, effort and consistency but the payoff is totally worth it!!
