To lean out while improving performance in the gym
I have to say that I am completely impressed with WAG. I have counted macros before but it didn't work for me ( I didn't have a coach and tried to figure out numbers on my own, which I don't think were the right numbers for my goals and activity level ) I ended up binging a lot because I felt like things weren't working and I got frustrated. Fast forward a few years and I saw a friend post pictures on IG of her progress with WAG and I wanted in. I originally thought I would only stay on for a few months but then started working with coach Ashley and just couldn't give up the results I was seeing with the program she had me on! I mean I am seeing PRs all the time on top of all the weight and inches I have lost. I recently did my 1RM snatch 8 times, competed in my first Crossfit competition, did my first strict pull-ups, and am able to eat out with my family and friends while meeting my macros! Oh and I am starting to see some abs coming through which is always an added bonus :)
I literally can't say enough good things about WAG and coach Ashley!
