I have always struggled with portion control and my nemesis carbs! Bread, pasts, cakes, ice cream, all the yummy stuff. I had no self control when I would eat those or if they were around me I had to eat them! Once I started my WAG journey I expected over night results but that didn't happen for me. I didn't see a change in my body for a few weeks and didn't see that dramatic change until week 20. I was determined to lose weight and that was my main goal when I started. Once I started seeing daily PRs on my lifts and WODs and it was getting easier for me to do the hard things, I forgot about the dreaded weight loss and changed my focus on what my body can do the weight finally started coming off. WAG has changed my life and my focus on what I want for myself and what's important to me and my goals.
