Joining WAG was one of the best decisions I’ve made. My relationship with food has totally changed! I have learned how to be creative in what I eat. I enjoy my food so much more, with no guilt regardless of what I choose to eat. Not only have a learned so much about nutrition, but I have also discovered a lot about myself. It has allowed me to tap into my internal struggles and insecurities and how to overcome them. This has translated into so many parts of my life. My only regret is that I didn’t discover WAG sooner!
