My goal was to improve performance at CrossFit and drop to under 20% body fat. I lost 20 lbs and dropped 4% body fat!
I have been doing CrossFit regularly for 2 years and wasn't really seeing the results I felt that I should (performance, appearance). I have been paleo for those 2 years as well and did a lot of work with nutrition myself. WAG totally changed how I went about my nutrition and made me realize that there is too much of a good thing. Although I only ate whole foods, I was eating WAY too many!
With my coach's guidance, I've been able to drop 20 lbs, increase all my PRs in the gym, and pass a very demanding fitness test. I recommend WAG to everyone at my gym and all of my athletes.
