I love the consistency of working with WAGS and having Alexa hold me accountable. I approached WAGs 15 weeks ago after a shoulder surgery. I had big goals in mind for the 2017 season after finishing 42nd in the MidAtlantic during my first Open last year then finished 3rd in the Granite Games Qualifer however it was at this point i found my Labrum and Rotator Cuff needed surgery. I was nervous having my torn labrum and rotator cuff repaired because I thought it would greatly set me back since i would be laid up for 8-12 weeks. I wanted to keep my nutrition on track and had heard great things about the WAGs program. In the past I was someone who ate healthy but never followed measurements so i was struggling to reach my goals. At first i was struggling with the caloric intake change but Working with Alexa I learned that different foods were more filling and sustainable and they began allowing me to reach my goals. The WAGS program has taught me the value of eating the right foods to have my body perform at optimum levels. Keeping my nutrition on point i can tell the improvements in my physical appearance and my conditioning has never felt better. Coming into this year I feel like I haven't missed a step and I owe that to WAGS and Alexa! I'm excited to continue my progress with WAGs and Alexa as the 2017 Crossfit Season Begins!
