I would recommend this program to anyone and everyone. I’ve been a fitness and nutrition nerd for a really long time, but I’ve never experienced anything as transformational as WAG. And not only physically, but mentally. It has completely changed my relentlessly rocky relationship with food, lifted a brain fog and given me a mental clarity I’ve never experienced before, which has improved my marriage, my parenting, my relationships.
