To increase my performance in my workouts and produce lean muscle mass.
My overall goal wasn't to loose weight, but to become faster, stronger and be able to handle my volume in training. I started the program at 162# and now consistently weighing in at 160#. I've lost 1" arounds my chest, over 2" around my waist and 1" on my hips. I have more energy when i train and my recovery time is a lot faster.
I have nothing but amazing things to say about my coach and the overall WAG program. The weekly check in's hold me accountable to hitting my numbers because I know I'll have to answer to my coach for why I missed my numbers. I enjoy how closely my coach works with me each weeks to adjust my numbers based on how my training is going and how my body is feeling. My coach is not only there for nutrition advice, but really anything that's going on in my life. It's a safe place to talk about anything and everything in life as things like work, stress, life stuff can affect your eating and the way your body feels. I've had nothing but great result from the WAG program and highly recommend it to anyone no matter what your fitness/nutrition goals are.
