I've always been athletic but my weight would fluctuated often. This program has taught me that what you eat really has an impact on your body composition and performance. Over the years I have been on a low carb diet, I have been vegan, and paleo. Being paleo made me afraid of grains but after my experience with wag I realize that they are not the enemy and has made me appreciate my relationship with food. I now know that if you consume what is right for your body then that's all that matters. This program is the best decision I have made for myself. I've noticed improvement in weightlifting and gymnastic movements. I can rep out a few strict pull ups and can even do handstand push ups now! Still hard for me to believe but it just shows hard work really pays off. I think of this whenever I feel like breaking. There are times when I just want to stuff my face after hitting my macros. Then I think about what I've accomplished and what's more important. My goals or satisfying my sweet tooth?
