Started at 145 lbs. and cut to 135 lbs. after about 12 weeks. Currently (happily) maintaining 137-138 lbs. Joining WAG was probably one of the best things I've ever done for myself...for aesthetic reasons of course but also because I finally feel like I have a good handle on my nutrition. I'm smarter when it comes to making choices and I have a good idea of what my body actually needs to feel its best. I've absolutely gotten stronger, faster, and better at gymnastics, as well. The WAG coaches are knowledgeable and trustworthy and the coaches and whole community are always super encouraging and always there for each other when someone needs to be picked up and told to not give up.
