I wanted to maximize my strength to weight ratio. My priority is to continue to increase my strength and crossfit performance. Second priority is to lose unnecessary body fat.
Lost 8.1 lbs from 215.1 to 207. I’ve been coached by Hayden at WAG for about 7 weeks now. Before I started I was most likely either in a caloric deficit or way over on my food intake. Can you say yo-yo? I would commit to a nutrition program, but run out of steam after a couple of months and regain the weight that I lost. Since I’ve been coached by WAG I’ve been increasing my strength, my recovery time has improved drastically and I have way more energy throughout the day. I always thought that if you wanted to be lean you had to not eat much, but then my strength and performance would end up suffering. Right now I’m probably as lean as I’ve ever been, but more importantly to me I ALSO feel great in my workouts and outside of them! P.S. Being able to eat a donut or sweets here and there and not feel guilty is pretty awesome.
