Before joining the program, I was a modern day starver. I was a constant dieter who was under-eating and under the impression that “less is best.” I thought the less calories I ate the better. However, years of this diet got me nowhere. I couldn’t lose the weight I wanted, I had no energy, and I was miserable. I became desperate for a lifestyle change.
When I found and started WAG, it was definitely a huge adjustment to my lifestyle, but I grew to realize that the structure of tracking macros, planning ahead of time, and meal prepping was the consistent nutrition program I had been starving for. This program completely changed my mindset because I was eating, but still seeing progress and reaching my goals. It gave me confidence, energy, and a new way of thinking. It’s a lifestyle for me now. There’s no going back.
