I absolutely love the WAG program and my awesome coach - Amy Locati! Initially, Amy listened to my concerns, goals, daily work & exercise schedule. She attentively studied my info and matched me with the best macro numbers to help me attain my goals in a timely manner. Along the way, she has correctly guided me to maintain proper nutrition through some of life's tough times like the loss of my grandmother and then joyous times like the marriage of my daughter, Kenzee Calley/Wineland (who is also a WAG member/client.) I also love that I am able to "follow" my coach thru Instagram and see that she not only "talks the talk" but she also "walks the walk"! Since joining the program, I love all the "extra" nutrition info that is shared with clients on a regular basis. It has fueled my appetite to learn more about properly fueling my body to live my life to the fullest degree... even at 46 years of age! The WAG program truly addresses all the factors associated with nutrition so that is a plan one can maintain for life!
