My goal with WAG is to lose weight and still do great on my workouts. My starting weight was 138 pounds.
Let me just start by saying that I've always been on a diet. My life revolved around diets. I have a son who is 10 years old and from that time, I remembered being on a diet, fearing food and carbs and fats. Being with WAG has made me understand our relationship with food and how we can use to our advantage. How to fuel our bodies for training and for everyday life. My life is really stressful, my coach Melanie knows this!! I am a full time lawyer and a full time mom, so life can get pretty hectic and fast, but I've been able to manage it, trying to stay inside my numbers. There are days were I've I've stepped outside this numbers, but Melanie has always been kind and helped me understand there is always another day and another week, so keep it strong and consistent.
My change in WAG has been amazing!!! I've never felt better!! I feel great in my on skin and love my body, which is something I've never accomplished with any other nutritional venue I've taken! and yes, I've managed to lose weight in the past, also more weight than right now, but never ever have I looked and feel as great as I do now!!
