I wanted my body to reflect the hard work and time I was spending on exercise. As I've progressed through the program, my goals have now changed to focusing on gaining muscle.
I've lost a total of 22 pounds, 5 inches from my waste, and 7 inches from my hips. I started the program at around 20-22% body fat and am now at around 8-9% body fat.
The WAG program is amazing. My coach is awesome and he has taught me so many different things about nutrition over the course of the past 10 months. It feels great to finally know how to appropriately fuel my body. The knowledge that you take away from this program, is knowledge that you will have for the rest of your life.
