Get leaner without sacrificing my performance in CrossFit
I LOVE this program. The difference was almost immediate when I started WAG--not necessarily my appearance, but after just a few days, I felt a million times better. That feeling was what kept me going and is what still keeps me going. My performance at CrossFit has gotten immensely better over just a short amount of time. Even though I've lost weight, all of my max lifts have gone up 10-15lbs (and they were lifts that have been pretty stagnant for quite some time). All in all, this program is the right one for me. I am so incredibly happy and grateful for WAG, and my confidence has skyrocketed.
