WAG has been an amazing program, it has really taught me balance and a healthy relationship with food. I had been on diets previously that did not support my level of training and I was starving all the time. I also have a huge sweet tooth which on WAG I can still make dessert fit! One thing that I am most grateful for is my ability to not track and maintain. I have not tracked for about 2 months but was able to keep checking in, and maintain my loss. This has really become a lifestyle and while I am not weighing/measuring I still know what my body needs and when I need to tighten up. Now I am ready to start up again and keep seeing progress!
