Increase energy and gain better knowledge about nutrition
2 words: Life changing. I eat well and exercise constantly. But I was not hitting my full potential. Now I realize how I need to put as much effort into nutrition as I do with work and working out. I felt myself constantly hitting an energy wall, with my busy schedule of 3 jobs and lack of sleep I knew there was a better way. WAG gave me a foundation that was easy to understand and follow. Hillary worked closely with my eating and sleeping habits. Week 3 is when I began to feel changes in my sleep and energy. She thoroughly explained different ways of preparing my mind and body for an improved night of sleep.We had constant communication where I could tell she really cared about my journey. The adjustments Hillary made really locked in on what daily numbers my body needed to intake. I was afraid that my strength would diminish with the weight loss but I recently hit a power clean and bench press PR. Truly excited to see where I will be at month 6. My only regret is that I did not discover this years ago. Thanks for making me feel 23 and not 33. Excited for the road ahead.
