2 words: Life changing. I eat well and exercise constantly. But I was not hitting my full potential. Now I realize how I need to put as much effort into nutrition as I do with work and working out. I was afraid that my strength would diminish with the weight loss but I recently hit a power clean and bench press PR. Truly excited to see where I will be at month 6.
