I used to train around 62 and cut down to 58 with the sauna and a big crash diet. Now I train around 58.5 and can eat before weigh ins! My favorite part besides eating while everyone else is spitting is I also feel really comfortable on the stage because the weights feel exactly the same. Adee has been so helpful and attentive and I've learned so much. I feel so healthy and stronger than ever. I love that I trust everything I'm eating is to make me a better athlete. There's security in knowing all aspects of life I'm working hard to be the best.
