Not only has WAG given me a structured nutrition program with an AMAZING COACH (Ashley!!), WAG has given me the ability to achieve results that I have been chasing my entire life. WAG has given me knowledge, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment that I didn't think was attainable for me. WAG has taught me that you don't have to be an Olympic/Elite athlete to be strong and lean with an amazing body. Anyone can do it! WAG has taught me the value of food and how to choose foods that will fueI my body not just fill my stomach. WAG has shown that me that anything is possible if you trust the process and believe that you can be successful. My advice to anyone struggling with the program or not seeing results that they want would be to 1) Be patient and 2) Master the day....not the week, not the month, just today. Of course looking forward to achieving your goals is always a positive thing, however, you don't always have control over the future...but you do have control over right now. You have control over what goes in your body today and what effort goes into your training today. You have control over what you say to yourself when things get hard today. And you CAN do it! YOU CAN!
