When I started WAG I wasn't realty sure what to expect. I saw some of the incredible transformations through social media and I knew that was what I wanted to achieve but I wasn't sure if I would be able to stick to macro counting as a long-term practice but I figured it was worth a shot because I had completely plateaued in my weight loss and in my overall performance at Crossfit. Here I am 12 weeks later and my life has COMPLETELY changed (for the better of course!). Not only have I dropped 18lbs in 12 weeks but I am hitting PRs regularly and I am stronger, faster and a heck of a lot healthier. However the most important transformation I have seen is how I feel about myself. I have spend the majority of my adult life hating my body and over the last 12 weeks I have become so unbelievably proud of what it has achieved. I don't shy away from social events or buy clothes that are way too big, I feel excited to take on the day which is the opposite of how I felt 12 weeks ago. I have a better relationship with food and with myself and I cannot wait to see where this journey takes me! Without Team WAG and my incredible coach Kate Hart I would not be where I am today which is the happiest place I have been in a long time.
