Originally - Lose baby weight, feel sexy again! Goal accomplished! Now, I want to have six-pack abs for the first time in my life before considering baby #2.
WAG worked when nothing else did. I was finally fed up with trying to lost the baby weight on my own. My baby was 15 months old and I was still 20 lbs over my pre-baby weight. Nothing was working, Paleo, Keto, working out. I needed help and accountability. I don’t know if I would have been as committed if I hadn’t been so fed up with trying to lose weight, but desperate times call for desperate measures and I was willing to commit. Now that I have been doing WAG for over 6 months, it comes naturally. There are still ups and downs and tough weeks where I falter, but overall my weight is still trending down, and I am getting back to my previous PRs in the gym. My coach, Hillary Rizor, has been a great combination of encouragement and tough love and a wealth of knowledge to get me through new situations and tough weeks. I’ve never been so tone and lean, even when I was lighter and at my CrossFit “peak”. I’m looking forward to what the next few months have in store.
