Organize a consistent meal plan that makes sense which can also produce real results. In the end, I wanted to firm up the last 5lbs or so of fluff that I was carrying around my midsection.
I felt that the program was very worthwhile and allowed me to explore a method of eating that I never had before. Also, I was able to gain an incredible amount of energy which certainly helped fuel my very high intensity workouts. My coach (Ashley) is very personable and has taken a genuine interest in my overall success, she has been fantastic. I am looking forward to utilizing the principals of the program for years to come as I continue to chase the solution to ultimate health and longevity.
