Working Against Gravity has been an incredible experience that has led to not only physical transformation, but also personal growth (emotionally and mentally)!! I have developed a healthier relationship with food, so appreciative of flexible eating. I never feel deprived, nor do I ever experience cravings. My amazing coach, Ashley, offers opportunities to practice mindfulness which has helped me through many, many stressful occasions (dissertation defense, frequent travel to Ohio to spend time with my Dad in hospice at home, my Dad's funeral, among other daily stressors). Throughout my time as part of the WAG family, I've learned (and now prefer) to cook at home, learned new recipes, and identified strategies to stay on track when traveling and working. My personal transformation has far exceeded my expectations! I am lifting numbers close to my last competition in 2011, have improved endurance for HIIT and MISS workouts, have more energy throughout the day, sleep better than ever, but most of all feel healthy and deeply happy!!! So grateful to be a part of WAG ❤️
