I lost 23 lbs from highest to lowest weight with WAG, but day to day average about 20 lbs lost. My time with WAG has been incredibly life-changing. The support and encouragement I received from my coach, as well as the Facebook group, allowed me to finally shed the weight I had carried for so long. I grew up naturally thin and was 115-120 lbs all through high school and most of college. When I began CrossFit and the paleo diet I slowly put on 30 lbs.
Over the years I was tired of feeling like I was living in someone else's body and I was ready to reclaim my life and be confident again! WAG gave that to me and I'm forever thankful!
