My goal was to have a better relationship with food and lean out.
I started at 111 pounds and am now 106 pounds!
I was initially hesitant on joining the WAG program for several different reasons: cost, skepticism about the success of the program, and my own fear of failure. Despite the uncertainty, I am beyond grateful to have taken the risk!
WAG has exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, I am thankful for my WAG coach, Amy. She has been supportive in multiple ways including, but not limited to: succinct messaging that addresses all my emotional and logistical concerns revolving around nutrition and timeliness in all of her responses. Her patience and grounding presence has affirmed the ups and downs of this emotional process! But even after 3 months of being on the WAG program, I have made small yet mighty changes in my eating habits that I hope will last a lifetime.
Further, I have lost some weight and leaned out which is a huge bonus! Overall, I am overjoyed with the experience with WAG and hope to continue this journey to having a healthier relationship with food and myself.
