I learned so much about myself thanks to WAG. My goal was never to increase my performance, it was mainly to lose weight. WAG helped me do both and i did not know how good it would feel to get stronger. I gained a lot of confidence in myself that i didn't have before. It wasn't always easy, going out with friends and saying no to certain foods that didn't fit but it was worth it. My awesome coach Taylor Gray also helped me get ready for my first meet with constant support. I am so thankful for everything i have learned and I continue to count my macros and i continue to improve every day thanks to that!
