WAG is life changing. When I started this program I was strictly goal focused and wanted to see the results in the mirror. I didn't realize that from doing this program, I wouldn’t just get the results I wanted but I would also receive so many other amazing benefits. I gained so much knowledge on nutrition and food. My overall relationship with food is better, my self-esteem has increased greatly, I generally feel better day to day, I perform better in the gym and I recover faster after workouts. I’m so thankful for this program!
