My goal was to not focus on the number on the scale, but instead to focus on the measurements and then of course to be stronger & faster.
I have gone down by 8 pounds throughout the 9 months, but more recently i went back up and am now only a 2# difference from when i first started. I think going back up in weight, was a actually a good thing for me - not purposely bulking at all, it just happened.
WAG is amazing and I am so happy I chose this program. I have learned so much about the concept of counting macros and how important it is to know and learn about what I needed for the type of workouts that I do.
