WAG is excellent! I joined because I was tracking macros myself for about a year without the results I wanted. Working with my WAG coach has been an invaluable experience and a priceless learning curve that will last a lifetime. I had a different coach towards the end by that time I was already independent with all that I learned and eventually decided that I didn't need coaching anymore since my goal was mainly personal and not competitive.
