I cut from 128 lbs to 118 lbs. with a 4.8% drop in body fat and over 2 lbs of lean muscle gain. I was never athletic until I decided I wanted to work towards improving my health and being able to enjoy more physical activities. I started working out regularly at the age of 30, hitting the gym an hour a day at least five times a week. I had great results at first and lost 15 pounds, but after the initial loss, no matter how often or how hard I trained I couldn't see the results I wanted a knew it had to be my nutrition. I thought I had been eating extremely well. I heard about WAG and had to give it a try. Best decision I have made to assist me in my goals. I have learned how to fuel my body correctly for increasing my performance, while simultaneously losing body fat and gaining lean muscle mass. One thing I value most about Working Against Gravity is the support system in place. Your coach is available 24/7, the Facebook group is incredibly informative and full of people on the same journey you are experiencing. I had no idea when I started how successful I would be, but after 12 weeks I continue to surprise myself and look forward to the next milestone I hit whether it's a new PR, new lowest body weight, or next challenge I accept and tackle.
