Goal

I told my coach Hayden that my only goals were to "stay lean and get stronger"

Initial photos taken on Nov 20. First day tracking Dec 7th. I just completed my 7th weekly check-in on Jan 25th. My initial weigh in was 149.5lbs, current weight is 143lbs. When I signed up with the Working Against Gravity program I had no idea what to expect but I did know that I was looking for a better understanding of what my body needed to perform at a high level. I've been weighing and measuring for a long time so that wasn't a big change. The change was simply the volume of food I needed to consume. I have been trying to "eat clean" for so long that if I deemed it "bad for me" it just didn't go in my body. Because of this misunderstanding I was flat out under feeding my body. My coach Hayden has helped me begin to understand that I can be as "clean or dirty" as I want but I must consume the correct quantities. No one item is evil or perfect and when I started realizing that I could eat the things that were right for MY body, in the quantities necessary everything started to change and change quickly. The personalized coaching and accountability you receive with WAG is a huge part of this program. I feel supported and understood but not coddled. I don't need a coach that is a cheerleader. Hayden has become someone who will remind me that the choices I make every day will effect my goals and he gives me the information I crave to back that up. I'm not very far into this process but in regards to my goals I am already leaner and stronger. Guess I might need to reassess those goals sooner than later. Thanks WAG! Thanks Hayden!
