I absolutely love the WAG program. I had been tracking macros for sometime but not to the extent of understanding how to really put it all together. I kept seeing advertisements for WAG and I felt the calling to join this program. I wanted to learn about nutrition and my body, knowing that I was about to be 50. I religiously do CrossFit and I wanted to step up my game. My goal was to lose body fat, get lean, and see some muscle definition. WAG has been the answer.

My coach has been nothing but supportive. The coaches are available for any type of questions and not only give answers but reasons behind those answers. Questions are answered in a timely manner and you don’t feel forgotten. There is so much accessible information through the website, knowledge base, Facebook group. Just a wealth of knowledge. We all know weight loss is physical but the WAG program addresses the mental aspect of it also. There are so many great podcasts to listen to. You then realize that all the obstacles you face, the WAG coaches and owners have too. I am a work in progress and it is reassuring that there is someone in your corner cheering you on. Success is attainable. Joining WAG was one of the best decisions I have ever made and can’t wait to see where it takes me and my body.
