When I found WAG I was the heaviest I've ever been. I felt like I couldn't put all the pieces of the puzzle together despite reading and attempting all sorts of nutrition plans. Anytime I tried to "diet" I'd lose strength and/or energy. Add that to working 13 hour night shifts 60 plus hours a week...I was defeated. That is until I found WAG!!
